By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service, and will follow them the moment you work with me as your artist!

Make sure you are able to communicate well with me!

You hold accountability if you don't provide all needed information or don't request changes on time!

If you make me uncomfortable or behave disrespectful towards me, you will be banned from commissioning me

I'm allowed to cancel your commission at any time if you prove to be troublesome or if you are as well to other artists

All illustrations are send through E-mail or Telegram to provide the highest quality possible

Character designing is only allowed for refsheet options.

Make sure you are commissioning me because you like my artstyle and want art in my artstyle, as I won't adjust or change my style to fit your preferences! Make sure to look through my gallery to familiarise yourself with it.

All rights to the artwork belong to me, Ottoplier. You are not allowed to reproduce the art for finanical benefits or commercial use.

I'm allowed to use the artwork as self promotion on platforms. You will be given proper credit as the owner of your characters that are drawn. Please indicate in advance if your wishes differ

If you post the artwork on social media or other platforms make sure to properly credit me as the artist.

All artwork provided by me is for personal use only, unless dicussed otherwise with me beforehand

You are not allowed to trace or heavily edit any of the artworks. Nor are you allowed to take credit or remove my watermark/signature

Once your slot has been paid and added into the work queue, i will try to work on it as soon as possible. However pls keep the following in mind;

There will be waiting times and delays may occure. Waiting times may differ depending on your queue position, complexity of your commission. If there are events/holidays taking place and more. I will try to provide a T.A.T. beforehand however this may not always be possible and the T.A.T. won't always stay acccurate.

You will always be informed if a delay occurs

I will provide my Trello link to you after the commission has been placed, feel free to make use of it to track your queue position, however if you have questions or uncertainties you are always allowed to contact me at any time! (I may respond slower if I've stated I'm on a break/holiday ^ - ^ )

Once I start with your commission I will provide updates in the following order;

Sketch > Line-art/Flat colors > Final piece

During the sketch phase please make sure to inform me if anything needs to be changed as this is the easiest phase to make bigger adjustments

After the sketch has been approved please keep in mind that bigger / complexer changes will come with an extra fee (adjustment fee), smaller changes are free! (for example design details I overlooked, color adjustments, and tinnier details)

Payments are always upfront and this won't change under any circumstances

Payment plans are allowed for commissions of €100 or higher! The commission must be fully paid before I'll be able to start on it

Payments are made through Paypal and Tikkie requests

All payments are done in euros (€)

After I've send you the invoice/request you are expected to pay it within 5 days. If you are unable to do so please let me know beforehand, that way we can arrange an alternative solution. If you choose to ignore the headsup mentioned above, it will lead to your commission being cancelled.

I don't accept refunds! Please make sure you are very clear with your commission and the info you provide me, so mistakes can be avoided. Be a 100% certain before commissioning me!

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received unless there is a very solid reasoning for it (for example financial issues)
